Why are my services different?
It took me years to be able to afford services for myself - coaching, studio memberships, etc.

It took me years to overcome self-image issues to be comfortable in gyms/studios and to be comfortable in my career path.

I have traversed life's obstacles with mindfulness, curiosity, and transformation.

I want my services to be accessible and affordable so that others have the tools and advocates that they need as they work on their health and careers.
