This plan is for anyone, such as the athletes supplementing their training, the busy workers who need a flexible schedule and efficient routine, the people who struggle in studio classes because of injuries, strength, flexibility, trauma, and/or body image. Sign up for a package to include: 1) Initial assessment, 2) Ongoing adjustments to meet your goals (preferred weekly or bi-weekly sessions), 3) Access to mid-week accountability and support.
