Yoga Designed for YOU
Being mindful of my health (weightlifting, HITT, cardio, stretching (transformed to lengthening with yoga), nutrition, sleep, etc.) has been transformative in my life, and I want to share the hours that I have spent learning about healthy journeys with others in an affordable, accessible way.

I take an intuitive, flexible approach to body movement to give the body what it needs in each moment whether it is strength, stability, flexibility, breath, or play.

For my 1:1 clients, I spend time understanding your ability and goals to customize your sequences weekly for optimal results.

For group classes, I like to spend time in class learning concepts and allowing people time to understand movement. The expectation is that the clients will practice the sequence before the next class. I also like to incorporate in personal growth via a selective curriculum from multi-disciplines such as emotional intelligence, positive intelligence, cultural intelligence, chakras, and raja yoga.

Here are the various yoga styles and disciplines that I study, practice, and/or share with others.

Kind reminder that I am not a physical therapist, physician, psychologist, or certified personal trainer. Although I study health and wellness broadly, my official education is in yoga.
My Yoga Credentials
I have been studying yoga for over 15 years. I have been a certified yoga instructor since 2019. My RYT-200 instruction focused on trauma-informed awareness and care as well as intelligent sequencing.

I have also trained closely with a 45-year experienced, multidiscipline guru and healer who has transformed my way of viewing the world, the habits I build, and the love I have to share.
